Refund policy

Terms of Exchange, Including Gift Exchanges

Artwork purchased from this website may be exchanged or returned to Shabalala Designs, provided the following conditions are met:

• The product is undamaged, unused, and has its original labels attached.
• It is in its original, undamaged packaging.
• No accessories or parts are missing.
• It is returned to Shabalala Designs within 7 days of receipt.
• Proof of purchase is provided

Return Shipping Costs
Unless the artwork is being returned or exchanged due to a discrepancy between its actual appearance and its description on our website, the purchaser is responsible for all return shipping costs, including exchanges of gifts.

Returns After 30 Days
After 30 days, a piece of art may only be returned or exchanged if it is found to be defective in materials or workmanship within 6 months of receipt, provided the defect was not caused by:

• Normal wear and tear
• Negligence, lack of care, alterations, or incorrect usage
• Power surges, sea damage, wind, air exposure, or excessive sunlight
• Criminal acts or Acts of God

Refunds & Exchanges
Upon inspection and acceptance of the return, we will issue either:

• A voucher equal to the purchase price, or
• A refund, if preferred.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product is damaged, unsaleable, or missing any accessories or parts.

If a return is incomplete (e.g., missing parts or accessories), Shabalala Designs may:

• Refuse the return,
• Replace the returned portion only, or
• Deduct the estimated value of the missing pieces from the refund or credit.

If a returned product does not meet the conditions outlined above, the purchaser will bear the cost of collecting the artwork from Shabalala Designs or having it returned.
